Is there a minimum commitment?
Memberships must be held for at least 6 months to be eligible for discounts. If a membership is cancelled before 6 months, any discounts received during that period will be charged back.
When does my membership start?
Your membership is active immediately after sign-up. You can start using your benefits on your very next service call.
Do I need to be home for maintenance visits?
Yes, someone 18 or older needs to be present for all maintenance visits so our technician can walk you through any findings.
Can I have both plans?
