“We came home from a week out of the Country on a Saturday to discover an overflowing sunk in a guest bedroom and of course it was Saturday. I tried to find a plumbing company near us that would perform Emergency Service & after 3 tries called Brandenburg Plumbing. It was a little unsettling that I realized I was speaking with an AI assistant but making an appointment went smoothly and the plumber showed up within 40 minutes and immediately discovered it was actually an A/C drain line that caused the water overflow which was quickly resolved by removing an cleaning the P trap. While doing the work he discovered that our cutoff valves h der the sink weren’t working so he replaced with new and also braided supply lines. I would definitely recommend Brandenburg Plumbing for All your needs but especially Emergencies!”

“Had an outside faucet break and start spraying water all over the backyard, called Brandenburg Plumbing, and Colton was at my door within the hour, which felt like a miracle. He walked in, took a look, and right away I had the comfort that he could actually resolve it, so I let him work. He ended up fixing that faucet and a second one that was leaking too, and within 45 minutes everything was perfect and back to normal. He also helped me figure out some other issues I've been having with the water main and took the time to explain what was going on. On top of that he was easy to talk to, I enjoyed the conversation we had while he was working. Absolutely will call again. The guy is a hero.”

“I was very impressed with the prompt reply I got from Brandenburg when my air conditioner went out and it was 100 degrees outside. They arranged for installation of my 19myear old unit and even offered room aircondioner if any delays in installing a new unit. The crew of Kyle, Lane, and Josh worked till 8:00 pm at night to finish a very difficult job in one day. They cleaned up and were so helpful and professional. I am very pleased.”
